Santa Maria Style Barbecue is a traditional way of cooking over an open Oak Pit Barbecue. We use only seasoned Red Oak firewood to provide the unique rich smoke flavor. This Oak Pit Barbecue works great with Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb, Turkey, Duck, Wild Game, Ribs and also a variety of Fresh Fish and Vegetables. Our mainstay, Barbecued Beef Tri-Tip is seasoned to perfection with dry rub, then slow smoked to medium rare, and sliced thin for juiciness and tenderness. Red Oak Barbecued Chicken comes alive with flavor, unlike anything you have tasted before. A variety of sausages, foil wrapped packs and BBQ treats add a great appetizer to any meal. Me & Lou's Garlic Bread and Vegetarian Ranch Beans are crowd favorites. We start with Sourdough Bread lightly toasted, then dipped in our Unique Garlic butter and finished off soft, yet crispy.

A variety of other items are available and real treats on the barbecue. These range from top quality thick cut T-Bone Steaks, Rib Eye Steaks, and Marinated Flank Steak for Carne Asada. Slow Barbecued Whole Prime Rib, Smoked Turkey, and Duck are holiday Favorites. If you like Ribs, our slow smoked, basted Beef Ribs or Baby Backs are a treat. For a Gourmet Touch, add some Fresh Seafood. Barbecued Shrimp, Scallops, or Calamari are great additions. Fresh Fish when available like Halibut, Salmon or Tuna add the elegant touch. Vegetables such as Asparagus, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Corn and Squash are a great addition for any Vegetarian guest you may have. We can combine any of your favorites together on a stick to produce the Ultimate Shish Kabob. We can Barbecue just about anything and are Pleased to work with your Special Requests!

Any Santa Maria Style Barbecue includes a Fresh Tossed Salad. We go all the way with a Huge Salad Bar! Fresh items include Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers, Kidney and Garbanzo Beans, Alfalfa Sprouts, Radishes, Onions, Mushrooms, Jicama, Broccoli and Cauliflower, Olives, Beats, Sweet Corn, Artichoke Hearts, Cottage Cheese and other seasonal favorites. We make our own fresh Ranch, famous Lou's Bleu Cheese, and fresh Herb Italian Dressings. To top off, Croutons, Sunflower Seeds, Raisins, Bacon Bits, fresh Grated Parmesan and Fresh Ground Pepper. This Salad Bar is a meal in itself and a Vegetarians Dream!
